As far as I know depending upon the laws in your state, if you assuming you are not very far along, the choice is yours. Contact your nearest planned parenthood for counseling and info. I don't think you need anyone's permission but your own, but I would call planned parenthood and find out for sure. They are confidental and they keep very informed about things like that. No he doesn't have to sign any papers neither does your parents. Having an abortion is up to you and no one else. Just make sure that this is what you want to do and try not to have anyone else influence your decision. No one else has to live with it but you

Just one question, how this baby will affect you life? and will you be able to have children after?
if you decided- i don't think he has to sign and if smbd asks you for this just tell that you don't know him. and you are not ready to have a child at this age
