It's a regular '-er' verb like 'aimer', so:
I surfed = j'ai surfe (acute accent on e)
I was surfing/ I used to surf = je surfais
I will surf = je surferai OR je vais surfer
Do you need any more tenses?
Note of interest: someone who surfs the internet is an 'internaute'.

Are you surfing on the Internet? The word is "naviguer", which usually means to sail. It is a regular first conjugation verb. Otherwise, the word is surfer, as you have already been told. That too is a regular first conjugation verb.

It is the same and surf is regular so we follow the pattern.

Je surfe
Tu surfes
Il surfe
Elle surfe
Nous surfons
Vous surfez
Ils surfent
Elles surfent

faire du surfing..
Faire + de + activity/sport means "to do, to participate in, to practice" that activity.
Other examples:
faire du ping-pong
faire du basket
faire du ski
faire de la planche a voile
faire des sports etc, etc, etc.
