Maybe try plasticine coated in clear nail varnish to harden the outside so that way you can mould it around the shape of your nose and thread a big elastic band through it and then you could make a wart out of another colour of plasticine and stick some hairs out of it by plucking some from a coconut that should give it the desired effect.

Most card shops are selling them at the moment. I know because my husband bought one for me - not that I need it!
Otherwise try coating your thumb with Vaseline having made up a papier mache mix. Coat your thumb and allow the papier mache to set. Carefully remove from thumb before it is completely set and make a hole either side to insert elastic in to then paint - complete with warts!

Make a cast out of plaster and pour Latex over that plaster then when it dries paint it and use sprit glue.
