make one of paper mache(newspaper, flour and salt and water) and paint it. Then stick it on with elmer's glue. It peels righ off. Be sure to leave holes to breathe from.

Maybe try plasticine coated in clear nail varnish to harden the outside so that way you can mould it around the shape of your nose and thread a big elastic band through it and then you could make a wart out of another colour of plasticine and stick some hairs out of it by plucking some from a coconut that should give it the desired effect.

Otherwise try coating your thumb with Vaseline having made up a papier mache mix. Coat your thumb and allow the papier mache to set. Carefully remove from thumb before it is completely set and make a hole either side to insert elastic in to then paint - complete with warts!
