A Company is only in business to make money. So to increase the profits and decrease the overhead (like wages, for example), companies jump into globalization with both feet. Companies are leaving our shores in a non ending stream. It is a stampede. So if you are making a decent wage, be grateful for it. One day the company, just to compete, will decide it is cheaper to go abroad where they can pay workers pennies on the dollar. In fact, there is global competition for your very job right now. There are companies telling your boss they can do the job better and cheaper. The American dream is no longer secure.
