Yes. And now that Edward Teller (Dr. Strangelove) is out of the way for good, and the whole Star Wars GOP Pork Barrel thing -- Reagan's Mad King Ludwig of Bavaria fantasy -- is gone for good.

Much safer.

When you say "Bush is still around" you aren't answering the question. Obviously, he meant, with all other things being equal, are we better off now that Reagan is wormfood than we were 20 years ago. --i.e. is Reagan's absence in and of itself a blessing.

I say hellyeah! Bush -- that's another effing problem.

The best thing that ever happened to reagan was that he got alzheimers. That way he could not remember the crimes against humanity his administration carried out.

Goodness, Ronnie was an actor, Bush is a puppet, Blair is almost a has been, Howard is an a*** licker...so where does than leave us? There are too many 'hawks' in the White House, too many 'trigger happys' in the third world, not enough 'doves' under heaven and far too many 'idiots who vote'. My advice 'wake up and smell the roses...well, ...the bull s***' !
