Depends how cheap you are suggesting? I assume you are looking for something under $500 for example. If that is all you have available did you try your local state support agencies like 1-800-CHARITY CARS? If you qualify, maybe that could be a source. Otherwise try your local nickel shopper as there are always a few listed.
