The clocks change in the UK at 1.00am Sunday morning to make it midnight again.
Personally, I prefer to change them before I go to bed so that they are right when I get up. It is such a nuisance setting the alarm for 1.00am just to get up and change them all back to midnight.
In the spring when they go forward and we loose an hours sleep, I usually make a half hour adjustment to my clocks during the preceding week - it helps out my body-clock, which is the most important clock of all. It works for me, anyway!

Set your clocks back Saturday night when you go to bed. New time takes effect on Sunday.

I would go ahead and set the clocks back tonight (Saturday night) before you go to bed. The clocks go back 2am Sunday morning, but I always set mine back before I go to bed. Hope that helps!

The clocks go back at 1 a.m. Sunday morning - so they revert to midnight on Saturday night.

Turn your clocks back on Saturday night before you go to bed. Yeah we'll gain an hours sleep tonight.
