Everybody is different and while some people may experience some symptoms they may not experience others.
A good time to go to the doctor is when your 12 weeks pregnant to get a test and just to have a chat about the pregnancy etc.
Congratulations and all the best!!

my husband and i had been ttc for a while, I had irregular periods.. each time my body would miss a month we would get excitied and take a hpt. Each time it was dissapointment!! I started to become a little more regular then I suddenly missed a period - we haoped this time was the one but the hpt came up negative. we carried on I had a cycle in june and then missed again in July..I was doubtful but took a test anyway the hpt came up positive. I was so excited I rang my husband at work and he was happy too. I waited until I went to the drs to confirm it first and when he said congratulations we were over the moon. I suffered no morning sickness or anything!! My breasts grew and my husband was happy!! That was about the only thing - my tummy started growing too. I was really worried that I was having a phantom pregnancy - because I wanted it soo much my body thought it was! It wasn't until 18 weeks and we had an ukltrasound and I saw my baby's image for the first time did it sink in and become real!! as I have read a lot in the answers to similar questions to this - you sometimes get a fasle negative but it is very rare to get a false positive!! The only real thing I am suffering from is if I have the shower too hot then I am getting really bad red blotchy skin that sometimes itches. We now are half way!!
Congratulations to you on your pregnancy and I wish you the best of luck!!

You can still get your period throughout pregnancy, some women get it the whole 9 months but it is very rare. Those tests are usually 98% accurate. When you are in the beginning of pregnancy it is definitely normal not to have any symptoms or hardly any.
I went a whole month and a half without knowing I was pregnant, and I kept putting salt on everything, and I didn't even know that was a symptom of pregnancy!

Positive pregnancy tests usually are not wrong. Wait another couple of days and take another one just to be sure, but I think I am correct in saying CONGRATULATIONS!

If you got a positive then you are probably pregnant. I didn't have any symptoms early on either.
