Sea level and very flat.

Broadly speaking, greater Melbourne would be at about sea level, although there are many hills in Melbourne. Melbourne's Central Business district would be several metres above sea level, the higest point of which is Flagstaff Gardens.

sea level I think. Its got the Yarra river going through so I think its at sea level (0 meters)
