Doesn't complexion refer to the clarity of the skin and not the color/tone? Well, anyway, here are some suggestions: mix naturally set yogurt and carrot paste with a few drops of lemon or lime and apply on your face every morning and rinse off after 30 mins. My cousin used to do this. It helped remove her tan. My added in suggestion to this: Yogurt and lemon can make the skin dry since they are natural bleaching agents. So, use a good cream after shower like 'olay' to keep your skin soft. By the way, what's wrong with being dark?! lol

By drinking plenty of water skin will become moisturised, softens and healthy. Vitamin E and zinc rich foods such as wheat germ, eggs, almonds, bajra, and bengal gram whole should be included in the diet. Avoid all confectionery, chocolates, cakes, sweets, and soft drinks, which are high in sucrose. Replace all refined, fried and processed junk food with whole grains, fresh fruits, and raw vegetables. Evening prime rose oil is also good for healthy skin.

Lot of freash fruits and vegetables. And fish. Talk to doctor first if youre planning on taking lot of over the counter herbal supplements while you're taking prescription drugs.

Well, they say that "Jaiphal" paste and chandan scrub can get your complexion back but, I say, why bother?
Chocolate color is so mmm... tasty! What do you say?
Just look at the Bollywood heroines- Kajol, Malaika Arora Khan and in Hollywood- Hally Berry!!
They are all gorgeous!

our natural complexion is what we r born with but by the passage of time due 2 pollution,dirt,sunlight n impurities our complexion can lost...i ll suggest u these remedies 2 get ur complexion back...
1)when u wake up in morning do take a glass of warm water mixed with lemon juice b4 ur break fast....it ll make u fairer by reducing the impurities in ur body
2)take almond powder n make a paste with unboiled milk n then add a very little amount of salt in it....rub on ur face n neck....4 15 minutes...then let it dry 4 30 minutes.......wash it off......ll give u glowing skin
3)ubtan is available in markets n it give a gr8 glow 2 ur skin n in order 2 control acne,dark circles n spots......Add little amount of "haldi" in ubtan n make a paste with Rose Water,Unboilded milk n some drops of lemon....massgae 4 15 minutes daily on ur face,neck,arms,hands,feet........
4)dont use face wash or soap...instead of it use basin n make a paste of it with rose water...massage on ur skin n rub like a soap then wash it off....use this every time when u hv 2 wash ur face....basin n rose water both r whitenning agents......
