I interview people regularly in my position and you are not alone!- this has happened to a number of people on the opposite side of the desk to me.
I have both employed and not employed those who have had this happen to them.
If nothing else- it makes you memorable to the interviewer and that's not always a bad thing.

Most likely not. You have to leave a good impression at the end of an interview and that's kinda hard if you cut the cheese.
