Well I heard from the guy, that didnt talk to me or awhile, he still has my piture he e-mailed me this?

am and told me why I haven't heard from him, he has some problems-mentally and he got on new medicine. SO he e-mailed me and said"I guess I can talk to you now, and don't be mad at me? So should I be?

No you shouldn't be mad. But are you so desperate for friends that you need to have a person with mental problems as an email friend?
