Is it a good idea to study in any of the eastern block EU nations?
I heared that studying in the eastern block EU nations such as Latvia, Poland, Estonia would be more cheaper than western EU nations. So is it a good idea to pursue my undergraduation (Medicine) in any of the eastern block EU nation?

If you want to be a doctor is is better to study in the country you are going to practise in. Not all qualifications are transferable. Studying in a foreign country is however very good for you. You learn a new language, culture and you broaden your mind, but don't expect your country to accept the qualifications when you get home.

Only if you want to practice there. One possible exception is training as an eye surgeon (the Russians pioneered it). But I would not recommend doing what you suggested.
