Absolutely true! I can't believe people can be so cruel! It burns me up that people get more upset over killing an animal or cutting down a tree than abortion or senseless killing like this! People need to open there eyes and quit being deceived!

Sad but true....the way thigs work in the US if you are under 18 you have no rights, period. When people talk about the rights of chilren, they are referring to the restrictions on what they are allowed to do that are supposed to protect them.

Becuase the debate is still raging about the moral, ethical, and legal implications of abortion, the subject of the legal status of an unborn fetus is far from being clear. I do NOT advocat abortion as a form of birth control, or as a solution for an unwanted child. I do thnk it should be avilable when there is a medical necessity, when either the other's life, or that of the unborn child is in danger from the pregnancy. I here your frustration! in South African law there is a legal concept called the nascituris fiction, where the infant is deemed to have rights if the child is born alive. It related to succession, among other things (fidiecommissum) a relative can leave his or her estate to an unborn child. the sad thing is that if a child is still born a test is done to determine whether the child has lived. the lungs are dissected and put in water if the lungs float the baby has taken a breath and deemed to be alive.

raises further questions about abortion the right to life...

nice question.

What provides them the acceptable? Roe v. Wade, and the guidelines of this united states. as long as they have that on their area, you're unlikely to end it. perhaps you need to commence engaged on the call for area of issues - in case you end undesirable pregnancies, then there may be no want for abortion except there's a potential threat to the mum. go and confer with faculties and get the be conscious out approximately it. coming near right here and asking what provides a doctor the acceptable is fairly counterproductive.

ending abortion!, if you have ins thy will pay 70% to 80% to have the baby, but to have abortion blue-cross will pay 100% to have one. not to sure on the rest of the INS, but i think you will fine out most of them are the same way,i think if thy can pay 100% on abortion then thy can pay 100% on birth that would only be right, a baby or and eagle, that comes to show what we the people care for the most...

It'll have rights when it starts contributing to the GDP. Go to Rwanda and see how many rights those kids have.
