i see these shirts - Melbourne Hardcore & are blue!?

i keep seeing these tee's around Melbourne & really want one. Supposedly they were being sold at some bands merch table, but im wondering where can i get one, and are they apart of a bands merchandise or is it just a random tee. Where can I get one in melbourne. They just say melbourne hardcore, i've seen tehm in a bright blue & other colours.

Im sure which band it was for - something like Carpathian or something, never heard of them. All I know is there a hardcore band
