as in someone calling you practical. is it good or bad?

I think of someone who is "practical" as being sensible, not making a drama or a fuss and getting on with what needs to be done.
Its a positive term to me ;)

I think being called practical is a good thing. Someone who is practical goes about daily life doing work expending the least amount of energy and in the most efficient way and sometimes in the most cost-efficient way, as well. Consider the practical nurse.
