I'm thinking of possibly (to put juviline-ly) running away and going to either, Washington, Nevada, or California. I'd like to know which parts or cities in these states I should stay away from and which I could persue. I'd like to know the best method of transportation , ect. However, if I were to do this I would have to bring my 3 guard dogs with me, because I am only 16 and otherwise it would be very dangerous, so I need an apartment that will accapt dogs. I don't know where on the internet to look for a nice apartment in a secure neighborhood, as well as what kind of jobs are there. I'm not a rash person but I am stubborn and this is someting I'm pretty sure I want to do, so any help provided is much appriciated, thank you.

PS- I'm Irish an very strong willed so please don't advise me to stay home and how this is irrational, I'll do it all the more.
nice to meet you,
++Irina

Sorry, No one will rent to a 16 year old. Why would you want to run away. ? Irina think about that first. It's not a nice place out there for girls your age. To many perverts. If this is something you feel you have to do, talk with relatives or your pastor for advice. Or move in with friend or family member till your 18 and can afford to live on your own. God Bless You and Watch over you.

it really depends on where you're going. and it's a bad idea to try and pick something off of the internet before you see it, cuz you never know the neighborhood...and the last thing you want is to end up next to a crack house. So you should find a job first and make sure you want to go to that place, can afford enough rent. Maybe look for adds to be a roommate in a college town. people are ALWAYS looking for roommates. it would make it cheaper for you too. i won't tell you that you're being irrational, but i don't think you realize how much things actually cost especially with 3 dogs....and how important it is to finish high school, go to college and get a job where you can get a good paycheck....

first of all its a dumb idea your still a kid. you dont have an education, you wont be able to get any sorta job that pays your bills or rent. you wont get an apt at 16. You are breaking the law unless you become emancipated (legally by the courts deemed to be fit to take care of yourself and live on your own) 20 gaurd dogs wont protect you out in the real world.
This post alone proves your not mature enough to do this. Running away is the cowards way out. Deal with it for two more years, if its so bad and your abused by your parents or someone, seek help, use your computer as a resource for that, not for asking total strangers on the chat boards where you should run away too

I am not going to tell you that you shouldn't do this, but I will say that you will have a hard time trying to rent an apartment at 16. You should look into emancipation if you are ready to support yourself. But anyways, there are a lot of websites where you just put in the city and information you want and it gives you options for that region. Good luck.

Be happy your single and enjoy it will it lasts :D Don't just date a random guy u dont love cuz that means ur just using him. No guy wants to be used like a toy D:

If I were you I would see if I could live with an aunt or relative out of town. I dont know where they will let you have dogs but I do know of a shelter in Spokane, Wa. who accepts runaway teenagers, but usually they have to get their parents permission for them to stay there. While you were there you could get a job and stuff probably or go to school, but you have to wait to move out, because I do not know of any landlord who is going to rent to a 16 year old, or even me, and I am a 20 year old, because I am not working. You could find a roommate who already owns an apartment or house and rent from them. Bellevue in Wa. is good, Spokane is good, and DO NOT go to Seattle.

More power to Ya! Sadly, it's impractical, and patently illegal (even in Alabama by Jebus!) You must be 18 to legally enter any contract (eg., rent) anywhere. I admire your resolve, and hope it's not derived from some unspeakable set of circumstances... But, the old saying "Money rules the Day" cannot be more true in our society than it is right here right now. Everything comes at a price. And if you were to find someone to accommodate you, by definition illegally, and I assume you're a girl... well you do the math.

Your 3 guard dogs do not help. What you need is a guardian as you are under-aged.
