The mean daily temperature in June in Darwin is around 31 celsuis or 90 fahrenheit with the minimum around 20 celsuis or 68 fahrenheit. But in the coolest months of June and July, the daily minimum temperature may dip as low as 15 celsuis or 59 fahrenheit.
Darwin has a tropical climate during which nearly every day is warm and sunny, and afternoon humidity averages under 50% and there is usually no rainfall from June to September.
Uluru (Ayers Rock) is a different story. The climate in this region is extreme. In winter, daytime temperatures can be pleasant but clear nights regularly see the temperature drop below 0. Temperatures ranging from around 20 celsuis or 68 fahrenheit during the day down to 5 celsuis or 41 fahrenheit so make sure you pack cold weather clothes especially if you are planning any sunset or sunrise activities.

Darwin's climate only goes between the wet and dry season, and June is pretty nice. Temps will be around 90 everyday. There is high humidity right before the wet begins, which is called the build-up (also known as the suicide season) because of the insuffarable humidity. But June is not bad. I am an American, but I lived in Darwin for a year and have been back many times. I would be happy to answer any other questions.
