"All employees will be entitled to one day paid leave (off-in-lieu) on the eve of Chrsitmas, New Year & Chinese New Year."

Does above statement means employee gets "free" paid leave in addition to the normal annual leave entitlement?

The core of my question is - whether these 3 days paid leave are ADDED to the normal annual leave entitled, or they are to be formed part of it.

From the description and my interpretation to the abovementioned, it should be "free" paid leave. It have nothing to do with your annual leave entitlement.
