I think I was about 9. It was a slumber party. I was in 7th grade when I started wearing make up regularly. If you're looking for suggestions of what to do, go to the cosmetics counter at a department store. The sales clerks will be happy to show you how, & will help you pick out colors that will work best for you.

Have an hour or an hour and a half sit and experemint try many kinds and see what best fitts on your face memorize them or write them on a paper and each time you wanna go out look what matches with your clothes and put.

I live by the book "Colour me Beautiful". in it is explained the different seasons in relation to your colouring (warm, cool) and which shades of make-up, colours of clothing etc. will emphasize your best features or minimize the worst. you should get it!
