A friend recently split with a girlfriend and is now seeing another girl, all of us are good friends and it makes things hard to organise outings or parties as the ex won't see the new girlfriend, its been 4 months now, we don't want to take sides or anything as we love these two equally but we are seeing one more than the other.

go out as a group and keep indifferent to choosing sides. THis is usually the best way to go because it keeps them together within the tight knit group, if the couple and the ex are accepting of each other then things should work out and problems wont arise, however, if they do, keep things separate and just hang out with both of them equally

hope this helps :)

It has been 4 months she needs to get over the split. If she doesn't get on with her life now then she never will. It's not up to you and I don't think that it's fair that you can't have both your friends around you at the same time. Obviously he's moved on so she should as well as hard as it might be but it's for the better.

This is common among younger people as their social circles are smaller. I can give you a long list of options and explanations; but the bottom line is that it is not your problem, and it will go away.

Stop dating among each other and getting everyone's left overs, go outside and meet new people

I wouldn't worry about it too much. They should have to work things out, not you.
