I have heard that there is a card that is specifically used for pets... a pet credit card type thing... i dont know the name of it or where i can look to apply for one... is there someone that can help me with this problem please... thank you very much!!! any help is useful... also what is the hype about pet insurance? Its called Care credit, and it can be used as many vet hosp. and also at many dentists. Pet insurance is a great idea, and usually ends up being worth the money. I'd say it depends on what kind of pet you are going to use it for, breed, age etc. but I've seen it be the difference of life or death when owners have insurance that can cover a large emergency bill.

Be careful. Depending on where you live these pet insurances, credit services, etc could cost you for nothing.
I live rural. We have only one vet clinic in a 25 mile radius. The clinic doesn't work with any of these programs. If I bought any of them, I would have paid for nothing. The only thing our clinic takes is cash, check or major credit card!!
So ask your vet what they take and deal with.
