I been on the net for hours and still i cant find a way to make my own web.

and this will give you your on website but it doesnt give your own domain name like eg www.yourname.com etc
u will need a hosting company for that i recommend using http://www.bluehost.com

Go to geocities and get a free webpage. You then need to look up html and learn to code for simple stuff. For example, to make text bold the html coding is bold It's pretty simple stuff. However - if you are coding html - remember to close what you open first first and what you open last last. For example, for bold italic text it would be bold, italic like that. Then you might want to research javascripts and css to make your webpage spiffy.
