every time after i take a shower, no matter how hard i scrub, or what soap i use this happens.
for example, i take my wrist, and rub it with my thumb really hard for a couple of seconds, and black or broun, but mostly white stuff comes out. the stuff is hard to describe but it looks like paper shavings or something. only if i rub the spot with rubbing alcohol, then when i rub with my thumb it doesn't do that anymore.
i know when we wash, we never get rid of aaaall the bacteria, but how can still be SO DIRTY?

Don't worry it is normal, it is dead skin. If you use a loofa, either real or artificial or a cleanser with some soft grit it will get this off. Mine is worse on my legs a lot of times it comes off when I am drying with the towel. You just need to use something that helps remove the dead skin, but that isn't too much cause you don't want to irritate your skin either. So go to the drug or discount store and look around you'll find all sorts of stuff to take care of this so you'll realize you aren't alone.

I would try showering with a louffa sponge or a shower scrubby. It sounds like you aren't getting off all the dead skin when you are washing. If you use some kind of rough scrubby - not so rough you are damaging the skin under neath, but enough to exfoliate the dead skin, I think you will find that this stops. Good luck.

it is probably dead skin cells (mostly white or grey) the black or brown colour will be sweat mixed with day to day dirt. Skin grows and dies continuously we sweat frequently and dirt is everywhere.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, the reason we have showers is to clean the dirt and dead skin off our bodies.
I work with paper and ink and when I wash my hands initially with a little water and soap, the water comes as a dirty grey colour, this is the substances my hands have contacted, after more washing the water comes cleaner.

It's normal. The hot shower softens your skin and can be rubbed off with relative ease.
Koreans have a "spa" where they take a lufa type scrubber and scrub the dead skin cells off.

It's not dirt, just mostly skin cells. Use a nylon scrubby or a sugar (not salt) scrub once a week to exfoliate.
