i have a friend that makes plans to go to a movie or out to eat or to go to one of our houses and she gets hall hyped up and excited about the plans. but once we are there she seems bummed out and she doesnt want to be there. she has a bad attitude and brings the rest of us down. when we ask her what's wrong she shakes her head and says nothing. why would someone do that? EVERY TIME?

She wants to be the center of attention. If she acts like she is bummed out, then everyone will ask her "What's the matter?" Therefore she is attracting ALL of the attention, and the whole world is centered on HER. Maybe you need to STOP inviting her to go along with you and yor friends so yall can have a good time without having to wonder if she is having a good time or not.

Also sounds like she might have a good ol' case of ADD or ADHD??

Good Luck.

Some people picture things to be as they plan but when they see the actual result they get bummed out about it

The rush she gets from organising everything is maybe better for her than the following through, some people seem to just be like that, without intending to be rude or inconsiderate. Ask her if this is how she feels.

She might have a some type of social anxiety disorder, saying she is stupid or wants to be the center of attention is not really fair
