I would say no. My first giveaway is that whoever designed the site can't spell "horny".
Can you imagine girls genuinely signing up to a site that looks like that? The men sign up because there are loads of women on the front page. Where's the incentive for women to sign up? It's designed to attract horny men, not women, so if there are any women, the men will vastly outnumber them.
But I'm willing to bet you'd get a message if you joined - she'd be 22, blonde and desperately horny. She'd just actually be a 42 year old balding entrepreneur in calling himself "cockluver_babe" trying to secure your subscription for another month,.
