At different levels, all our bodies have limits. This just means you have reached it. Don't worry 'cause I think this is just normal.

Numbers dont matter in real life. It is the enjoyment you get or gift to your mate.

Quality is more important than quantity.

If you feel satisfied and relaxed after doing it or you and your woman feel the pleasure using your tool, then it is ok.

If you fall into the number game, you will lose your abilities one day. Dont be conscious on such things. Just experience the fun of doing.

Ok....

If you are young, you need to take medical assitance!

On the other side, the erection has to do a lot with what you think. So you have to figure out if this really is a problem!

On my opinion. Masturbation is good only for 24 hours. After 24 hours again you can do it again.

Since you can masturbate two times a day there is nothing wrong with you. Every man has their own rhythms.
