If I had to choose I would say it's the one where Homer has the crayon he shoved up his nose taken out of his brain (hey, it's a cartoon; suspend disbelief) and his IQ goes up all these amazing percentage points and is able to bond with Lisa but then realizes that he's better off being an ape and has it put back in.

Well, tied for that would be the one where Lisa learns about the Simpson gene and fears that the intellect that she has will someday be lost and so starts to lose confidence in her abilities and not until the end when the Simpson women get together and show her that the gene affected is on the Y chromosome does she realize that she's okay.

I like the "Cape Feare" episode why they go to live in Terror Lake to avoid SideShow Bob. I also like the one where Homer and Bart become Catholic. There all good though, too hard to choose!

Has to be the one where Homer tries to pretend he is Mr Burns in order to retrieve an abusive letter from the post office... probably the best line ever.............

they're all good -
marge: maggie, when are you going to talk?
lisa: it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt
homer's brain: what does that mean - better say something or they'll think youre stupid
homer: takes one to know one
homer's brain: swish!

The one that is like the Lord of the Flies where Ralph (I think) says, "It tastes like burning" about berries or something. Please anyone correct me if I am wrong. I love that though, "It tastes like burning":))))
