I haven't a clue. The picture alone does nothing for me. Yet, I think this is an interesting post for yahoo answers. If you just want my own "shot in the dark" guess...I'll go with Hanover, New Hampshire.

I don't think that it is in the US. I think it could be Germany or Denmark by the way the buildings are decorated. I don't have a clue as to what city though.
