Adopting an exotic animal is probably not the best idea. There is a reason that they are exotic and it is because they do not belong in houses. If humans haven't already domesticated it, chances are it's nearly impossible to give it everything it needs outside of the wild or a zoo with trained professionals. Also, it might be very hard to find vets that known how to treat unordinary animals

That depends on what kind of exotic animal you want to adopt. Most of the good pet store will have an array of exotic pets. Check the animal shelters and local rescue aid societies as well. One of the funnest pet we adopted was a hedge hog. He was adorable-the only problem was, was that he was nocturnal.

first think if you are really ready to adopt a pet for you have to feed , clean and feed them . exotic pets may need special foods. check out the local laws & find if it is not illegal then try the the pet store, local blue cross or animal shelter or tell some one who lives near a forest or so to catch one for you

some of them you have to have a license from the fish and wildlife agency of your state.
