It is not possible to avoid influence from your mother tongue. I think what you mean is that you would like to be like a native speaker of English. Actually, very few language learners of any language reach a level where they are like native speakers of that language, so that is actually an unrealistic goal. Nevertheless, you most likely can learn English to a relatively high functional level of proficiency. Try to get as much exposure to English as you can, and make sure that it is language you understand, at least a little bit. Reading questions and answers on this site is a good start.

Read lots of books,newspaper,magazine that are in english.The next thing is that just speak in english wherever you go,don't be scared if they laugh at your language.Tell them that i'm learning,if i want to be a good i need to speak althuough it doesn't sound correct.It's difficult to not have influence in mother tounge cause we are used to it since young but you can if you want to .Just try to speak english anywhere or everywhere you go if it's possible.Learn from mistakes.

Practise makes perfect. Pronouncing the words and frequently using them would help . Talk to yourself in English , if there is nobody you can talk with. The Internet would help you. Webster dictionary has a word pronouncer. This can help you with the diction.
