No its not necessary that if you purchase a cellphone with credit card you must make payments also from the same. Depends on your option whether to do so or not.
You can choose to pay by cash or cheque too. Also, you can choose another credit card that you may be holding, to pay the bills.

You can use any credit card as payment. If you have it set up for auto payments then you'll have to contact your cell phone company to change the card number. If it's not on auto payments then you can use whatever card you want.

No, you have option to choose the payment method, including credit card, debit card, check or other available choice.
You change it later as well.
Even you can change the plan to prepaid also. But it depends on your cellphone plan company.
