One cannot say it definitely that in India life is becoming difficult, but to other way you will find that now a days there is a difference between the thinking of old generation and new generation. This is because of advance technology as well as vast thinking. Due to high standard of living one finds less time for spouse as a result of which they are not finding close to them. Emotions are less present in the new generation. So far as practical life is concerned, the standard of life of indians is going up and you cannot say that life is becoming difficult in india.

Because India is growing, competition is increased in every field and things become difficult when you have to struggle a lot.

Due to more population , and traffic you may be feeling like this.
Otherwise India is a heaven on earth.See in India you have everything which money can not buy. Money is really nothing when you compare it with real love. See a kind of affection your parents have on you here. See the kind of people who come to resque other people not caring about their own life during Mumbai flood last year and compare it with Katrina cyclone in the USA last year. See the kind of love we have here. If one has million dollars with him and not sure about his family and about his wife. It is useless right.That kind of thing we dont have here which is very common in developed country. Sorry I did not meant to hurt anyone. It is way of life in developed countries. So be positive and be happy.

1. Move away from the city.
2. Stay away from large concentrations of Indians.
Usually, you can accomplish #2 by simply doing #1.

India is the world's largest democracy. If you think that their entire population is the hands of the wealthy, look at our country. You don't see too many middle-class presidents or governors do you?

Mostly due to the present political leaders--especially Congress -, who care 2 hoots for the country, & the rampant corruption among beaurocracy.

Think positive. in fact, life has become much better in last few years. I do not know how old are you. I have seen worst days when even rice and wheat were, on ration and USA used to donate from their PL480 fund. It used to cost Rs.70/- for 3mts. talking from Delhi to Bombay. I think you will be better-off talking to your elders.

Because of indiscipline,excessive corruption,irresponsible people,haphazard traffic,arrogant attitude of the people,over-population,illiteracy,unhealthy competition,hatred,jealousy,selfishness,false pride....there are many more reasons............
