I am going to meet someone at the mall tomorrow. He seems laid back, but only realized he's gay 6 months ago. He's pretty much closeted, and has never had a boyfriend. I am very scared I blow it because I have never dated someone 'inexperienced'. We have alot in common. I just want to know if you guys have some advice on this topic.

Hey guys thanks alot. I'm gonna call him now. Say that we should go see a movie first, the have something to eat and after maybe just walk and talk, get to know each other. Hoping it'll end with a kiss atleast :)

just be yourself, and be patient. treat him with kindness and respect, and don't expect him to be completely rational. he may be paranoid in public etc etc. just don't put a lot of expectations in place, take it easy and see where it goes, at the very least you'll (probably) make a friend, and besides you get gay bonus points for mentoring a newbie!

Have lunch and talk, why do people think because you are gay you are going to have sex the minute you meet each other??? I sure hope not.

be safe and kind...think of a time when u had ur frst experince...don force or pull a lot on him....and don hesitate to tell him wat u want.....it takes a lot of courage to be out of closet...
