hi
your question is o.k
i hope you are not a science student because it is known to all of them. anyway enzymes are very useful in the food industry for the reason that every food you eat in the bakeries is an enzymatic derivative.
for example take bread: it produced by the fermentation process done by a single cellular organism called yeast.
for that matter consider different drinks, they are all produced by the fermentation of some or the other enzymes produced by the organisms
hope you got the answer
bye

Enzymes are used in the chemical industry and other industrial applications when extremely specific catalysts are required. However, enzymes in general are limited in the number of reactions they have evolved to catalyse and also by their lack of d involves attempts to create new enzymes with novel properties, either through rational design or in vitro evolution.[43][44]
In the Baking industry Fungal alpha-amylase is used to:
1.Catalyze breakdown of enzymes are normally inactivated at about 50 degrees Celsius, but are destroyed during the baking process.
2.Catalyze breakdown of starch in the flour to sugar. Yeast action on sugar produces carbon dioxide. Used in production of white bread, buns, and rolls.
In Baby foods trypsin is used to predigest baby food.etc
there are various similar uses for enzymes in the food industry
