A little? No. A lot, yes. All water signs have that potential, whether they are willing to acknowledge it or accept it or not. To answer the other question, Cancer is the first water sign, Scorpio the second, and Pisces the third. All water signs are naturally intuitive, as are people who have planets in those signs, or havi planets in those houses. Scorpios are a bit better at it only because they are more logical and analytical. Pisces tends to get too emotional and easily fooled and used by others. All depends on where everything is. If they have other planets which stabalize their tendency to be overly sensitive and overly emotional, they are extremely clairvoyant. Gifted when it comes to music, working with those who are ill, people in confinement, religion. Many bartenders are Pisces or have planets there or in those houses. What do they do? They intuitively know when somebody's ready for a drink, or what songs to play on the jukebox. And they have to listen to people cry the blues. Maybe you can't sing worth as squat. But at work, when nobody can figure out what's wrong with a particular machine, whether it's a typewriter or assembly line or car, whatever, Pisces will be the one to say, "It just doesn't sound right." And by just listening to the sound, they can fix the machine even though they have no mechanical ability. That's how finely tuned they are. Depends on the aspects. Negative uses of that energy, you may do drugs, become alcoholic, a religious freak, wind up with a nervous breakdown,whatever. But all water signs have the potential to be extremely intuitive, sensitive. They also have tremendous healing abilities.

May earth sign, weter sign etc it is only the Lords of each sign which give results slowly or fastly sooner or later, You will find that two people of sigle sign do not match in colour, race, religion, skills etc, despite belonging to same sign. Do not get confused by water or earth, fire.
