Submit it to both Penthouse and Popular Science under the pseudonym of Hillary Klingon.... when you don't get a response, pile four bricks in a line north to south and pray to Isis or Astarte.... when you still don't get an answer.... stand in front of a fan set at medium speed and whistle the Brandenburg Concerto into the wind with 5 ounces of chili oil in your mouth while wearing your sister's old Mickey Mouse ears.... If that doesn't work, you've probably done something wrong.

If you've written an essay and you think that's going to win you a Nobel Prize I don't think you need to be concerned with what to do. I'm pretty sure an essay isn't going to win you a Nobel Prize.

No one can write an essay and win the Nobel Prize since we can see that those prestigious authors worked hard, that is, wrote something like one, five, ten, etc million words which have been recognized as unique or the best literary contribution to mankind from the final verdict of the Literature Committee.
I think it's relatively easier if you're a brilliant scientist in your field and recognized worldwide, you simply write something like Albert Einstein for some years, then you should be awarded the Prize.

The Nobel Essay Prize? Does the Nobel Committee know they will be awarding this one?
If I were you I'd expand my essay into a book, do that several times and wait and see if you get the Literature Prize.

A single essay can't win the Nobel Prize. They're awarded to an author for their entire body of work, although sometimes a specific work is singled out in the text of the award.

It is extremely improbable that an essay by an unknown writer could or would win the Nobel Prize. Usually it is the author's body of work which wins the prize.
I believe that the writer's publishers must submit, not the writer himself.

You publish it and hope everybody likes it. I assume you want to win in literature.
The easiest one to win is the peace prize, though. You can be a reformed terrorist and that will give you the prize.

Publish it. But make sure it is something of true scientific(or literary if that is your field. But now the prize in lit is no more than a lifetime achievement award) merit. If you nominate yourself you will be automatically disqualified.
