First of all, why do you want to give yourself a complete makeover? That would kind of help you in figuring out what kind of a makeover you want.

Second of all, to get a complete makeover, people usually do these first few things:

1. Hair - getting a haircut is best way to change some of your facial features. Getting a cut that enhances your cheekbones and shows the structure of your face will not only be different but it will be a nice way to start off the new you. You can also dye, perm or curl your hair while your're at it.

2. Clothes - go shopping and buy outfits that you have never worn before. Experiment on what will look best on you (out of the ordinary clothes you do wear). Maybe go for skirts if you don't wear them or towards casual to business like gear if you don't wear those kinds of clothes. Even getting sexy clothes and lingeries or fancy dresses for parties is a great start! Definitely take someone with you who will help you by giving you a second opinion of what looks good for you.

3. Makeup - This is key for enhancing your features - The eyes are the first to be noticed, then the cheeks and lips. Go to Macy's and over to the Mac Counter and you will find makeup that will totally make you look sexy, casual, down to earth, whatever tone you're looking for.

4. Some people want to change their lifestyles in their makeover - that means that if you are looking into losing weight or the opposite, do things that will alter your lifestyle in that road to a positive self, and maybe change other aspects of your life - like do more gardening, start reading more, etc. Even these things can give you a great makeover experience as well. Not only do you makeover yourself, but you can makeover your life!

If you wear glasses you can also get new glasses to fit your new makeup and clothing line or you can go for contacts - and if you don't wear glasses, getting colored contacts for 20/20 vision is also a great way to enhance your makeover.

Good luck!

If you want to start simple, start buying some new make up.
Try eye shadow's you normally would never use and ask for recommendations.
Book a hair appoinment with your favorite hairdresser or at a nice salon. Find out your new look and even bring in pictures to help your hair dresser understand.
Then go out shopping and pick up some new outfits.
You can even end the make over with a spa treatment, like a facial or massage, pedicure and manicure.
After all that, I'd feel brand new!

for a hair/makeup makeover, definitely start with hair then move into makeup, clothes, etc.
1. get a new hair cut, color, highlights (if necessary). collaborate with your hair dresser and come up with a trendy but managable look together. that way she will know what you are looking for, but she can also let you know from an objective POV what will work for you and what may not work.
2. have your eyebrows reanalyzed.... try Benefit's brow bar or your local waxing place. they can re-arch it for you... that alone will be a good change if you need it!
3. go to the department store and make an appointment for a one on one session at the makeup counter. i recommend lancome 100% but ask for someone who knows more about the products if you intend to buy... definitely get good skin care and makeup, dont go cheap with this! its gonna be on your face, you do want it to be good quality!!! MAC's shadows and colors are good, but their face stuff and skin care is horrrrrible... its not for everyday use, it may clog your pores.
4. now that u have new hair and makeup, get new clothes (take a knowledgeable friend!!!) and step out of your comfort zone a little, but not too far..... you wanna be realistic and actually want to wear these items more than once :)
you know what else? get measured for a new bra at victoria's secret..... most of us women wear the wrong bra size... you will feel amazing once you wear the right fit!!!!

ok.... thats all i can think of for now babe....:)

A good place to start is HAIR! Be prepared to $pend some bucks but it will be worth it. Get to a good hairstylist for color & cut & conditioning. Also, go to a make-up counter like Lancome or Clinique, or one you prefer & ask the cosmetologist to do your make-up. Remember to get skin care products as well. Then buy those products. Take a good friend to the boutique for a new slyle (nothin baggy or dull) & ACCESSORIZE!!
Then most importantly, wear YOURSELF proudly with confidence showing! Best of Luck!!

first consider your profession.........look around which co worker attracts you....see if physically you are a match......start with dress...shoes........haircut......change hair color or add hi-lite....get a facial.manicure pedicure..........buy makeup according to your new dress and hair color.....bring a little change in your behaviour................try to respect yourself more.....a new look will give you more confidence that you can change and control the situation........actually it already began when you thought of complete makeover......good luck......Naseera
