I've dropped my phone (not the same model as yours) in the water before. Whatever you do...don't turn it on. Just let it sit for a day or two to make sure all the water is dried off, and it should be okay. If you try to turn it on with it still wet...well..thats like tyring to work a TV under water. Its electrical, and it'll short circuit.

As for the mist in the screen...it should dry off on its own...just don't put it under the sun..or it'll will continue to condensate.

Unfortunately, sounds to me like you are in the market for a new phone !!
It may have only been in the water for a couple of seconds-- but the water was inside in less than .03 seconds so----
And from the comment "It is not running" I take it that you have already done the one thing you shouldn't have done (I mean besides dropping the dang thing in the water) and that is turn it on before it was completely and thoroughly dry-----
So -- check out the sales-- you're in need of a replacement !!!

dont worry, normally there should be 2-4 screws. Unscrew them and open the phone. Its easy to do, just dont be too rough. And leave to dry. If you cant do it, ask someone who can. Dont try to switch it on before drying it completely.

Try leaving it in your car all day tomorrow so that the heat dries it out. Worked for my brother. His phone is fine now. :)
