In Amateur or Olympic wrestling, there are three rounds, won either by pinfall or by points.
In professional wrestling, first, it is not real it is staged. A "round" is a match.

i think the parts of an american wrestling show are called scenes or acts (just like the ballet or opera)

there are no rounds in fighting just boxing.
