*Banned the manufacture of 19 specific types of deadly assault weapons, while simultaneously protecting hunters' rights by exempting over 650 hunting rifles
*Left office with buget surplus
*Signed the Family and Medical Leave Act
*Hosted the signing of the Israeli-Palestinian Declaration of Principles
*Created almost six million new jobs during his first two years in office
*Supported and funded head-start program
*Peacefully restored democracy to Haiti
*Signed Crime Bill that put 100,000 new police officers on the street

* Appointed more convicted criminals to administration positions than any president in US history.
*Ignored warning concerning terrorist attack.
*Lied the nation into war in Iraq.
*Didn't send enough troops into Iraq.
*Sent toops into war without all proper equipment needed.
*Ran up record national debt then...
*Gives tax cut to richest one percent of the nation
*Legalizes assalt wepons for private citizens
*Widely expanded the federal goverment
*Ignored North Korea nuculer threat
* Cut healthcare benefits for war veterans.
*Allows torture
* Refused to allow inspectors access to US prisoners of war and by default no longer abide by the Geneva Conventions.
* First president in US history to refuse United Nations election inspectors (during the 2002 US elections).
*Allowed pharmacial industry to write confusing prescription medicine policy for medicad
*Allowed energy industry write federal energy policy
*Doesn't bring Osama Bin Laudin to justice
*Underminded certain constutional rights with so called patiot act
*Underfunded the national park program so much as to damage it
*Made "no child left behind" program maditory then didn't fund it.
*Wasted national unity and international goodwill after 9-11 terror attack
* Dissolved more international treaties than any president in US history.
*Ignored hurricane devistation in LA & MS
* Signed more laws and executive orders amending the Constitution than any president in US history.
* Presided over the biggest energy crises in US history and refused to intervene when corruption was revealed.
* Presided over the highest gasoline prices in US history and refused to use the national reserves as past presidents have.
*Signed bill for 700 mile boarder fence but not fund it.
* Set economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12 month period.
* Set all-time record for biggest drop in the history of the stock market.
* First year in office set the all-time record for most days on vacation by any president in US history.
*Cut unemployment benefits for more out of work Americans than any president in US history.
So who was better for America? To quote Dick Cheney, that's "a no brainer".

Rather than giving all the reasons that Clinton was better the one true litmus test is how the general public felt about being an American. While Clinton was in office U.S. Citizens traveling abroad didn't even think once about saying they were Americans. However, in recent years I've been told that if you travel outside the U.S. it is far better to identify yourself as Canadian. At least if you want food without spit in it.

neither, what you guys need is a black woman to run the country, she will whip everything back into order. from an outsiders point of view, black women seem very empowered, grounded and sincere.
