The 2007 World Cricket Cup will be started from 11 March 2007 in West Indies (different islands situated in Caribean sea, like Angitua, Barbados, Jamaica, St. Lucia etc.)
Some of the stadiam where the matches will be held are: -
1. Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Antigua
2. Kensington Oval, Barbados
3. Queens Park, Grenada
4. Providence Stadium, Guyana
5. Sabina Park, Jamaica
6. Warner Park Stadium, St Kitts and Nevis
7. Beausejour Stadium, St Lucia
8. Arnos Vale, St. Vincent & the Grenadines
9. Queens Park Oval, Trinidad and Tobago

India's Chances of winning the tournament are very bright since the India is finalist (runner-up) of last world cup and currnetly India is rank 3 team in the world ICC ranking. But since the tournament is in West Indies and all the pitches favoured fast bowling so it is real challenge come from Australia and South Africa. Also very prominent West Indian Team who will have benefits of playing in front of their home crowd is also a strong contender.
In my opinion the the ICC's decison to pull out the substitute rule is very nice since it was very confusing, but I appreciate the ICC new rule of power play which strict the batsment to go after the balls.

As far as India winning the 2007 World Cup, it is too early to give any prediction as at this stage it is not even know which players will be representing India. If India plays with the same trend they are playing in Champions Trophy, India reaching even semi final stage is doubtful.

Referring to the substitute rule, the same was introduced on experimental basis. Since majority of the countries expressed their displeasure on the substitute rule, the same has been discontinued.

properly buddy,i do no longer be responsive to what you advise by way of India consistently dropping the international cup.on your tips India has gained the international cup in 1983.additionally India have been runners up interior the international cup of 2003.besides India entered the semifinals of the international cups of 1987 and 1996.no longer that undesirable an fulfillment, being semi finalists or above on 4 events out of an entire of in easy terms 9 international cups of cricket held up until now.probable you like your cricket group or your usa too lots and choose it to win every time.this is far less complicated reported than executed.Even Australia who little question are a extra fit and a extra effective group won't have the flexibility to do this.you should endure in ideas that cricket is in spite of everything a interest in easy terms and win or loss is an argument of hazard.extra so in one day cricket, win or loss relies upon on that distinctive days overall performance on my own.you will do properly to relish in this context that such as you've got a bad day in place of work or college, further your cricketers too could have such undesirable days.endure in ideas that your cricketers too are human.

What's you want about 2007 world cup if you want to know Indian chances then it's very little because if they are not playing well in home then you can't execpt from this team to play well in West Indies.
