another bullshit question about creationism.

"Science in the broadest sense refers to any system of knowledge attained by verifiable means.[1] In a more restricted sense, science refers to a system of acquiring knowledge based on empiricism, experimentation, and methodological naturalism, as well as to the organized body of knowledge humans have gained by such research. "

creationism is not science because it does not meet these requirements.

Nobody files down ape jaws and calls it science. You are thinking of the Piltdown Hoax.

Without bothering with the technicalities of the philosophy of science the religious nature of Creationism can be seen in the comments posted to this very section. In a section devoted to science we get comments such as...

"Because if Jesus (God) did creat the world then they have to except the fact that hell is also real and they have a ticket and it's first class "

"Because Satan is the ruler of this world and he has blinded the minds of unbelievers."

Those are not the answers of a real science.

The filing down of an ape's jaw was a hoax not real science. Creationism is also a hoax and not science. Real science is based on scientific method. That is the findings of experiments can be verified by independent researchers. Creationism is attempting to fit a psuedo science to satisfy religious dogma.
Creationism is crap and nonsense to satisy the inflexibly ignorant.

Science is desperately trying to explain questions that have plagued mankind since recorded history and even before that.

Please note that when science tries to explain the origin of life, they necessarily have to start with all the building blocks already in place - with no reference as to where these originated..

And, for what it's worth, creationism and evolution are not mutually exclusive ideas - the creator works in mysterious ways and maybe we've uncovered a few.

I feel that creationism leaves no room from what was not known before the old testament of the bible. To the best of my knowledge most bibles say that man was created first... hrm... evolutionists can Prove that man came mi lions of years after the first single cell organisms appeared on earth. I think that's is a big reason.

Creationism is based on the faith and hope of a higher being with no real physical proof of existence. Ape's jaw lines are shown to have changed over time, thus.... evolution of some sort.

advent technology could have produced some ridiculous postulations, notwithstanding it is not greater preposterous than evolutionary biology, which isn't a valid technology like genetics or biochemisty. apart from the undeniable fact that lots of the tenets of evolutionary biology are flat out incorrect and unscientific, a lot of people have a valid gripe that technology in the renowned age is wicked and with out a shred of decency or humanity. look on the pharmaceutical industry. look on the torture docs who artwork for the CIA. look on the aerospace and weapons production sector. So while evolutionary biologists step forward and say "could is nice, it quite is the finished of the regulation. you are able to't argue with us, we are donning white coats and all of us comprehend what's nice" each physique is offended. it quite is not incorrect for individuals to need to place extremely human decency and kindness into the sciences, by way of fact "medical" and "technological" advances are destroying our planet at an alarming value. God positioned us right here to look after this backyard. to no longer rape and make the main the planet.

Technically, neither is science. Science is based on observation and reproducibility.
The Theory of Evolution is Natural Philosophy. It is based on a series of suppositions that have no known proof other than a base of circular logic.
Creation also has no scientific proof. None of us where there at Creation! Therefore it is also Natural Philosophy.
Since both require faith to believe in one or the other, they would further be classified as religions. Therefore, what you have is two religions diametrically opposed to each other.
The difference is that Evolution is a state-sponsored Religion and Creation is not.
So keep sending our kids to state run schools to learn the state sponsored religion of evolution. OR, we could all home school our children and teach them about creation.

When scientists encounter a hoax, they tests the facts and exposesit. Piltdown Man was not exposed by Creationists.

When Creationists encounter a hoax, they call it "Scientific Creationism".

Evolution is the result of observations and experiments.
Creationism is the result of a two thousand year old book.
Some people consider the bible to be a reliable source of evidence, but science isn't allowed to do that. As there is no evidence for creation, it cannot be considered part of science, it is merely a theory.
