Blood is blood with 1 key difference.
Blood is as unique as your fingerprints.
Although you may share some of the genetic components that are in common with all of mankind, the truth is, your body will recognize you blood verse a transfused blood and consider the transfused blood as a foreign object and eventually reject it.
By the time that happens, the transfused blood has exhausted it life span and will be eliminated threw the usual channels.

Also there are some factors that occur more in the blood of some "races" than in others as I recall from school about a million years ago. I put the 'r' word in quotes because there is really no biological basis for what we call "races".

No there is not. All people, (unless they are aliens, joking) have red blood. They also have white blood cells. If people could get past the color of others outside they would be OK.

there is NO difference!!!
we are all human beings....we were all born into this world without anything. we are all created equally but just with different physical features but our physical features don't make anyone of us a person of a higher value or importance.

Basically there is no difference.the genes of other races may make them susceptible to different dis-eases of the blood.
