Follow this Start>Programs>Accesories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup, then specify your options.

Right Click on the C:\\ Drive Icon and you'll see Properties, select that and then click Disk Cleanup.

Right click on the drive icon which you want to cleanup
choose properties
A new popup window will appear
there in the general tab choose disc cleanup
and select the file which you want to clean up and press ok

go to My computer-> right click on the partition you want to clean->Properties->on Genereal tab click Disk Cleanup
