I have family who has been correctional officers in the State Pen when this was tried.

Great idea but then it would be like a paid vacation to an all inclusive resort. I've been there and there are enough gay guys to keep the closet fags happy. Woman in jail would be the cause of more murders then there are on the streets

I think that would be total and utter chaos. Not a good idea.
ON the other hand, put all the child molesters, male or female, in some big building together locked up...now that's a good idea. They can all go molest themselves and each other! :P Gross.
