The first thing the Democrats should do if they have the Congressional power is ratify a new resolution denying any future military actions in any other countries we are not currently in. They need to make it abundantly clear to the courts that the president does not have the authority or the license to invade anyone. Even though I think Bush is way over his head in military matters, I do believe he is capable of wigging out over nukes in Asia...if he had full control of government and things were going better in Iraq, I think he would do something nuts like he did with Iraq...but I also think that if things were to get worse for him, he would be one to enlarge a conflict and even use a nuke. his handling of foreign affairs is wholly egotistical, some think crazy.

Don't be such a retard. Bush has demonstrated that he cares about America and the world. Why do you think he would all-of-the-sudden act out of character? You mean when congress goes to the Dems and there is real oversite and he can't have it his way all the time. I guess it's possible that this could precipitate some kind of bad behavior. However, I think Cheney would take him hunting before such a plan could be carried out.
