I think everyone else misunderstood your question. You are talking about stretching the anus before the deed exercise is done, aren't u? ;)

Well my friend, u can never get too loose... Better stretch than screech!

Not really possible! Also the movement forces blood flow in to your smaller capillaries and improves your overall workout, keeping your body warmed up creates a safety cushion for muscle strain and muscle fatigue.

Do some warm up exercises first before stretching. After the stretching, you can go to FULL or strenous exercises.

you can never be to loose but you can always be too tight stretching is goodddddd but always do a couple of warm up exercises then stretch then a normal workout. :)
