There is no one answer. Depends on too many different things. Some get death penalty, some get life without possibility of parole, and some get 5 years. Depends on state, judge, jury, circumstances of the murder. Tooooooo many variables.

legally it is 14 years. but if u r asking for an opinion: well i think people who commit planned murders shud spend the rest of their life behind bars. they have no bzns making society into an insecure place to live in.
