Contact an attorney that specializes in malpractice cases

There should be some lawyer to take your case!! Did you shop around? Get all of your facts together, and make a solid case representation. Most lawyers have a "free" consultation to advise you if your case would win or not. You then decide to hire the lawyer or not. Good luck, and I am sorry about your misfortune and loss.

Any malpractice lawyer. Watch afternoon tv. You're bound to see a few dozen or so on the commercials there.

I would definitely go to a good lawyer and discuss it. Or go to a number of them and see what they say. The consultation is free. Don't let something like this go.
